I know nothing about her fitness routine or diet. The best advice I can offer is to find a workout that suits your body best. This YouTube channel is where I usually head to.

As for diet, go for fruits, veggies, lean meats, whole grains, dairy and water. Avoid sugar, starchy and fried foods, soda and flavored drinks.
